first responders are elsewhere?

Have you provided for a favorite pet in case there is an emergency when you
are not there?

Have you children at home while you work? Will they be able to cope with an
emergency if you are not around for awhile?

Have you someone at home with limited mobility? Are you all prepared for
them to be on their own for a day or two?

Neighborhood Watch Plus can help you and your neighbors prepare for eventualities like these. Your local Citizen Corps Council has organized a mutual assistance plan for you and your neighbors to implement. The program combines the best of Neighborhood Watch and the best of CERT, Community Emergency Response Team training.
