  11. The goal of the Vacaville Community Emergency Response Team is to provide training to our citizens, business members, and schools. This is a joint effort between both the fire department and the police department. We want to create a cadre of trained personnel able to assist themselves and their neighbors during an emergency/disaster. We want to provide on going continuing education to test our skills and abilities as a team.
