  11. Provide information, lending library, and training opportunities to all interested persons in Clallam County. This CERT program provides disaster preparedness education, disaster response & recovery training as well as exercise opportunities that promotes a partnering effort between emergency management, emergency services, and the citizens of Clallam County. Clallam County CERT coordinates the programs for CERT instructors, the training sessions, and educational materials to be provided to citizens throughout Clallam County.
