| The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program helps train individuals to be better prepared to respond to emergency situations in their neighborhood. When emergencies happen, Temecula Citizen Corps CERT trained members can give critical support to local public safety agencies, provide immediate assistance to victims and organize volunteers at a disaster site. |
