Brief Description:	The Jefferson County CERT Program was developed due to an identified need for a well trained civilian response emergency workforce to be ready when disasters strike. The CERT Program provides training for individuals and groups prior to arrival of professional rescuers, and to provide immediate assistance within the scope of their training.

Brief Description:	A Citizen Advisory Committee organizes CERT. Certified volunteer instructors conduct training. Graduates participate as victims in simulations. CERT partners with amateur radio for shared training. CERTs distribute materials and speak to neighborhood organizations. CERT volunteers put on community-wide programs such as Earthquake Awareness, Severe Weather and Amateur Radio Field Day. The committee issues a quarterly newsletter.

Brief Description:	The City of Bartlett offers CERT and TEEN CERT Training for our citizens to help prepare them for emergencies or disaster events. Our adult CERT classes are offered to adults age 18 and up. Classes are offered at your location or a city facility. Our TEEN CERT classes are offered to teens ages 13 through 17. Brief Description:	We have partnered with Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Medicine to provide training for all first year medical students to assist CCOEMHS in emergency and Non emergency situations allowing their fulfillment for community service. We also utilize members of our local Rescue Squad on the CERT.Currently we are developing a Teen Campus CERT for preparedness education and training that provides a basis for community involvement upon graduation.

Brief Description:	The BC-CERT program goal is to educate people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and train them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Using the training learned in the classroom and during exercises, BC-CERT members are self-sufficient and can assist in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help.

Brief Description:	We are the CERT team for TSA Memphis. We participate in local , state and federal CERT events, functions,and training etc. The Memphis Airport does not have a CERT training facility to certify members or to give classes. The MEM CERT members volunteer with other agencies at their locations to stay current and active CERT members. The TSA MEM CERT will be on alert for all CERT calls related to Memphis Airport.
