| Brief Description: | Western PA Search and Rescue Development Center creates and implements programs for the special needs population of PA and other states. Our CERT program is used in conjuction with our Search and Rescue program. Trainings are usually done on weekends and evenings. Participation includes working with the special needs population. They attend training to certify as a Rescue Specialist in the Operation: Take Me Home program. |
