Brief Description: Each town and Huterite Colony has a team and a cashe of supplies- The leaders are provided with county radios and form the EOC team for our county. Team members (who wish) are trained and provide communications- incident documentation-resource management-shelter management. They are the eyes and ears of Emergency Management in our county and provide immediate damage assessment reports and needs requests to DEM for their communities.
